helo, phone lumia 640 dual sim can't send or received picture whatssapp, bu still can send , received message, maybe need update whatssapp, go store, not working " can't connect, having troble connecting store @ moment, try again in little while"

then try many many times, not working.

somebody please me.

hard reset might fix problem
