We're Getting Things Ready Stuck O365 - Microsoft Community

hi support,

i downloaded office installer portal.office.com microsoft account. after try install office why stuck on"we're getting things ready"?? i've been waiting long time.

in addition,

1. connection international fast

2. im not yet install office product before on laptop

3. i've been using uninstaller site https://support.office.com/en-us/article/uninstall-office-from-a-pc-9dd49b83-264a-477a-8fcc-2fdf5dbf61d8.

4. laptop using windows 10 x64 bit, , try install office 365 x64 bit , x32 bit still stuck.

5. microsoft account using license e3.

i tried install on other laptop , success, why on laptop still stuck this?

hope can give me solution problem :)

for current situation, please follow article  (step1~8)to make sure have totally removed office components computer, install office either portal or using offline installer again.

if issue persists, have sent tool can generate report our analysis. please access pm obtain such details.
