Using microsoft excel to track cases and sigle items - Microsoft Community

i'm cub scouts pack, , i'm in charge of fundraising. question is, there way track x amount of cases of item, , if sell single item, converted single items.
example, if there 12 single items in case, have 2 cases. sell 1 then, , on adjoining column single items, converted 1 case , 11 single items? in work book, have running totals of sell, see should have left helpful.
hope there function might this, that's why i'm asking.
