Product Key for MS Office expired - Microsoft Community

hello

i purchased ms office 2010 lap top in nov 2011 @ future shop in  toronto.

now receiving messages product key expired?

i don't have product key 6 years ago.

does mean need purchase new product key?

does ms office (personal) expire annually?

please assist

are sure message receiving product key office 2010.  possible there trial installation of version of office generating message.

the product key office 2010 not expire , if not have original packaging contained product key, still have office 2010 installed, use free belarc advisor create inventory of system.  inventory include details of of applications installed on computer, include related product keys applicable.



Office / Install, upgrade and activate / Other/unknown / Office 2010
