.NET APPCRASH clr.dll with Exception Code: 0xc0000005 - Microsoft Community

i have asp.net application hosted on server (windows server 2008 r2 standard : intel xeon 2.6 ghz 64 bit, 16 gb ram). of webpages working fine while opening few of web pages getting sessioned out following errors in event log :
