i've same problem microsoft edge, not want start. trying open app tiles start menu why can't delete program , download again.

i have no problem ie11

moved from: windows / windows 10 / network & internet / pc

hwvendordetection] [err] decrypt "c:\users\jim\appdata\local\packages\microsoft.microsoftedge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\tempstate\downloads\hwvendormapping.enc" failed!

after posting question microsoft edge being problem found in log file.
