I am unable to export onenote file into pdf. While converting Onenote - Microsoft Community

while exporting onenote file pdf, onenote stops responidng.

hi,

it's possible file in process of synchronization, causing onenote stop responding while exporting pdf format. we'd learn more concern provide proper resolution. have few questions you:

  • does happen 1 particular onenote file, or happen onenote files?
  • is onenote file saved locally on computer?
  • did make changes computer before started happening?
  • are using third-party antivirus program on computer?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?



Office / OneNote / Windows 10 / Office 365 Home
