Excel hangs in Citrix Receiver when pressing the Tab Key - Microsoft Community

when enter citrix receiver , start working in excel can work fluently , fast. however, once press tab key, excel hangs 20 seconds , inhibiting work productivity. have looked quite few things , can't find why doing that. running citrix version 4.1.200.13 , excel 2013. have checked make sure 'disable hardware graphics acceleration' not checked.
