365 FREE OFFICE FOR EDUCATION USER ID - Microsoft Community

after uninstalling  free 365 office education, tried several times login ms office account using education institution user id. however, system did , did not recognize id when use id. said registered.  when tried forgotten password. replied user id did not exist. how can education user id activated again.

to sign in office 365 portal, please use valid office 365 work or school account.

if office 365 service refuse account, means account not available. please confirm whether have right account sign in office 365 portal. may check emails whether mails related office 365.
