16281 - Mouse Pad, Keyboard, Hibernate worst than before - Microsoft Community

i run pretty performing hp notebook on insiders until recent builds.  of late, refuses come hibernate.  also, loses mouse pad can wireless mouse.  a  new re-start brings these features back.

16281 right out of box has of these nuisances new 1 includes total lost of on-board keyboard.  control, had plug in wireless keyboard/mouse combo.

a re-start brought 16281 normal.  removed fast start insists on being set default each new build.

this pc gets used stand-a-alone pc on lazyboy chair.  new little wireless mouse works no way can feed pc wireless keyboard.

this pc going receive hard drive transplant public build until these issues sorted out.   became useless re-start required upon each use.

this hardware issue , find culprit.  hp + 16282 = no love.
