[Solved Itself]Windows build 16241 stuck in 'Please - Microsoft Community

i build 16215. tried install builds failed install, stuck @ 33%, reverse original build. 

now, tried install overnight when woke up, stuck in dark screen mouse running. hibernate first, upon resumption suck on please wait screen. 

i did hard reboot still stucks on same screen. mouse works, brightness control works :(

i can verify installation went upto 22%, if had stuck on 33%, wouldn't automatically restore because didn't in past. so, assuming installation went ahead, @ this. 

solved after restart .
