Can't download notes - option to Open doesn't work - Microsoft Community

hi!  i've been using personal subscription access onenote.  company added office365 subscription today doesn't appear include onenote.  can use online version want download onto mac.  app store shows 'open' option.  there aren't files open.  how force download , can use work subscription else , personal 1 notes?

by saying “app store shows 'open' option.  there aren't files open. ”, indicates app has been installed. search app in finder > applications?

if can find it, can open , connect account sync notes.

 

if haven’t installed app, can try download onenote via office 365 portal:

 

sign in office 365 portal work account , click "install".

 

if still cannot open app, how right-clicking note , choosing "open", using “open in onenote” feature launch it?

 

please let know if need further help.
