1) has access 1 drive business online storage, limit that

2) asks password , business password not share family since it's business password

since mac has multiple users, suggest creating account each person each can personalize settings , options (including onedrive business) without affecting others. must administrator of mac perform these tasks. detailed steps, if use mac os sierra, please check macos sierra: set users, guests, , groups on mac.
