hi,

i have expired version of office 365 installed on pc - , have installed new licensed version of 365 - can't find new version , when click on office 365 icon comes expired messages. please help.

this issue occurs due existing installation of office trial version. troubleshoot office 365 issue, suggest uninstall office trial version first downloading , running easy fix tool. tool automatically uninstall existing office suite on device. once you're done running tool, restart device, check if issue persists.
