Using Excel to delegate teams with certain requirements - Microsoft Community

i have problem need solving in excel should simple i'm drawing blank.

i have sheet 11 employee names in a3:a13.  columns b:dw contain day of week in row1 , date in row2 (july 24 - dec 16 minus sundays, 126 days) .  each date column need assign 7 of employees team "a" , 4 employees team "b".  need populating , b teams minimize employee having back-to-back "a" days.  there have several back-to-back days try minimize once per week(per every 6 date columns) and have occasions distributed evenly across employees.  end goal employees close equal "a" days "b" days , have them close equal occurrences of back-to-back  "a" days.

i'm ok vba suggestions or formula based routes.  appreciated.
