Saving email and their threads from 365 into a local folder on desk - Microsoft Community

hi there

we have need save emails client local folders on desktop.

is possible in office 365 working in?  having use normal outlook email system that's reading emails in 2 places...

yes, can save received message file in outlook client. please follow steps below:

1. choose emails want save > click the file tab.
2. click save as.
3. in the save in list, click location want save file.
4. in the file name box, type name file.
5. in the save type list, click file type want.

 

also, can save emails .msg file to local folder via dragging , dropping them.

 

please check them on side.
