Printing comes out very small - Microsoft Community

i use microsoft edge  , when print letter comes out typed when try print bank statement fonts come out small so not readable. use hp laptop.

it's possible settings causing small font size of printed page. we'd learn more concern provide proper resolution. have few questions you:

• which build version of windows 10 on computer? check, click start, type winver, , press enter. example, 14393.1066.
• which edge version using? find out, access settings in edge , scroll down section about app. example, microsoft edge 38.14393.1066.0.
• did choose printer directly in print dialogue box, of did choose else, microsoft print pdf?
• did use default shrink fit scale?
• did choose statement paper size?
• did choose normal margins?
• were able print bank statements normal font sizes?
• does happen when printing bank statement using edge, or happen when using other browsers well?
• did make changes computer before happened?
• what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
