Phone Update does not work Nokia Lumia 930 windows 10

i upgraded wimdows 10 , lost phone contact list. “fix” on forum go settings > phone update etc etc.

but when press phone update phone freezes length of time goes main screen.

how “fix” can apply “fix” missing contacts list?

you can try resolve issue settings app crashing when you're attempting update phone performing soft reset.

to soft reset phone, press , hold volume down + power buttons until phone vibrates.

after phone restarts, try update again.

let know happens after soft resetting device.
