microsoft edge not opening browser. launches shutdown. unable surf net. please help.

there lot of possible reasons why unable use microsoft edge may due browsing history needs clear, missing or corrupted system file. in order assist better, we'd ask following:

  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • just confirm, having issue launch microsoft edge or trying access website using microsoft edge? can tell more it?
