excel goes crash when using chinese input (microsoft pinyin) 

-version microsoft office professional plus 2013 version 15.0.4569.1506 (32bit)

-windows server 2012 (citrix environment)

step taken:

-tried excel safe mode working fine

-disable add-ins (com, excel, xml) > not work

-online repair , reinstallation > not help

-there's no issue in windows server 2008.

please sort out.

hi,

there several reasons why excel crash. in cases, has corrupted file affects functionality. isolate concern, kindly provide following information:

  • when did issue start?
  • have tried using chinese input on word?
  • have received error messages when excel crashed?
