Cant validate Microsoft OFFICE 2010 - Microsoft Community

i have hp notebook windows 7 , im triying install new office professional 2010 (i have have oppened box).  instalation procedure apparently run well, when try run office app receive message stating that the license cannot verified , have repair installation in control panel. have tried repair installation, , still have same problem. tried remove computer , install on again. still same problem. tried different networks had no success. 

is there office trial installed failed uninstall first?

where did purchased office 2010 pro , how did pay?

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
