Can I Update to build 16257 using a Base Image which i found on - Microsoft Community

after lot of rnd. posting question on link  found downloads
baseimage-16257.wim  its file on above link. want update windows 10 pro build 16215 build 16257. because of lot of failed attempt of updation started finding iso of official insider previews didn't one. downloaded this .wim file.but not getting how use it??
