i downloaded trial of office 365 on computer.  decided wanted purchase.  when purchased used moms computer buy since going use also.  on different computer started beginning , made different user name etc.  downloaded purchased version on computer not yet onto own, since still haad trial.  trial expire, received email loose files associated trial.  how can link 2 accounts or not loose files?

if happen uninstall office computer or trial membership has expired, it’s software removed , end of premium services, data still remain on hard drive. however, if have stored files in onedrive, can still access , download files signing in onedrive directly using microsoft account used set office 365. lose additional storage comes subscription, recommend saving files on storage device, or buying more onedrive storage if onedrive account exceeds free storage limit.

that being said, can download , copy own files other account subscription bought avoid data loss before expires. if it's saved on local storage, there no need worry won't remove documents/files.
