Login to activate MS office mobile on new computer - Microsoft Community

i not able enter email , password combination login open mobile offce version on new laptop , need help.

have tried resetting password multiple times , if reuse last 1 yelled @ cannot use 1 have used.

there may few reasons why unable enter email , password office mobile app. in order isolate issue, kindly answer following questions first:

  • did encounter error messages when entered email , password? if yes, kindly post here excluding sensitive information such contact numbers, email address , others.
  • do have office subscription? if yes, have checked link activate office application?
