Inserting PDF printouts in onenote document - Microsoft Community

when inserting pdf printout in onenote on ipad, 

starts download file , message "can't insert file - there problem inserting file. please try again"

this after updating latest version in ios, pc version still works fine.

any suggestions

are there updates? may reinstall latest version of onenote ipad. check if issue persists.
