Hyper V remnants left over after disabling, preventing other - Microsoft Community

hi,

i running windows insider build 17025.1000.  when disable hyper-v in windows features, or on command line > disable-windowsoptionalfeature -online -featurename microsoft-hyper-v-all .  not features removed, , remaining hyper-v components prevent other virtualization software running 64-bit virtual machines.  note intel vt-x , vt-d enabled in efi.

running > systeminfo gives:

                         [05]: hyper-v virtual ethernet adapter
                                 connection name: vethernet (default switch)
                                 status:          hardware not present
hyper-v requirements:      hypervisor has been detected. features required hyper-v not displayed.

how disable (or remove leftover components of) hyper-v?

found solution:

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

this should performed when turning off hyper-v in windows features.
