simple question. wish copy value in cell cell b value in cell b stays constant when value in cell changes. 

if cell produced formula, select cell , a  normal copy

then select cell b , go home tab , click paste dropdown.   select paste values.  (the little clipboard 123 on it. )

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
