Windows Update Issues? - Microsoft Community

i'm running build 16353_rs_prerelease.170825-1423 on alienware 17 r3 laptop.    after encountering issues bios, motherboard in pc had replaced.  windows update won't run, , following error message:  "there problems installing updates, we'll try again later. if keep seeing , want search web or contact support information, may help: (0x80247106)"

when run latest windows update troubleshooter, begins run, , after few minutes reports  "unexpected error" 0x803c0103.  

if can suggest way address issue, i'd appreciate it.

new motherboard = new computer.  check see if activated.
