Unable to print to OneNote printer - Microsoft Community

have several users keep losing ability print onenote.  attempt print, progress bar, , stops.  clear print queue, restart print spooler, check printer settings, onenote set allow pick save, have removed printer, running repair on office resolves issue, returns, within days, or few weeks later.  else experiencing issue, , has come way resolve it?  thanks.

to further investigate, provide following info:

1. office version (open onenote>file>account>product information)

2.did work previously? if so, did make changes, updating or installing software?

3.does issue occur files? how creating new notebook test?

4.have tried use printer?

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
