i've been opted out of skip ahead , didn't choose opt out. 'fix me' button grayed out. , fixed i'm reverted development stage.

from have read once wound out there no way in because closed new users @ least sounds like.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
