rawinput 0 non-functional - mouse skips around - Microsoft Community

as stated, there highly unusual , erratic mouse behavior while moving mouse in games not utilize rawinput. mouse jump ahead pixels or aim randomly air. behavior inconsistent , happens on multiple systems vastly different hardware.
