Office Recent Files not showing / Mac - Microsoft Community

i upgraded high sierra , updated office 365 apps (version 15.39)

recent files not show in off office apps. stay during current session, when close , re-open says searching , blank.

i deleted office apps (except outlook) , reloaded made no difference.

any ideas?  thanks

thanks question. running insider build, or general release? insider show if checked join insider program box in microsoft autoupdate dialog.
