Microsoft Edge app missing in win 10 mobile - Microsoft Community

hi,

i factory reset lumia 930 couldnt access windows store in due bug discovered month back. 

post factory reset, phone seems working fine , apps updated , installed. windows store accessible.

however, microsoft edge app has gone missing now!! cant find anywhere in phone nor available me in windows store.

i'm not running windows insider program. running win 10.

i have installed different browser issue kind of new. couldnt find on on internet.

please respond if know solution..

since factory reset phone , microsoft edge not showing anywhere, advise restart phone. restart, press , hold power button until slide down power off message appears on-screen, swipe down. (it takes 3 seconds message appear.) turn phone on, press power button.

if doesn't work, press , hold volume down , power buttons @ same time until feel vibration (about 10 15 seconds), release buttons. phone restart automatically.

update outcome can provide further assistance.
