Limited choice of Tags which can be allocated to Names, Telephone - Microsoft Community

in office 365, drop-down choice of tags can allocated new:

• names,
• telephone numbers,
• addresses, etc

appears me:

1. limited , far comprehensive; and

2. has no "custom" feature enable own choice of tag saved. 

is there way add custom tag option and/or way expend drop-down list of standard tags? 

this pretty standard android phone o/s isn't available - far can see - office 365 feature (which employer has adopted)?  if i'm wrong, i'd grateful advice how achieve this.  if administrator can implement (and administrator says not option has knowledge of), i'd still know can request such change.  in anticipation of helpful replies: thank you.

however, have mentioned above, office 365 doesn't have such feature. given situation, can submit feedback to https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/264636-general . customers' valuable comments better our products , services. understanding , effort.
