    all users in our company domain having issue incoming emails goes junk on both web email , outlook application.
    the body of message received shows this: -
  
    
    we did not changes on our exchange admin settings.  we using office365.

    you may take @ article below change settings in office 365. creating safe sender list or adding ip address connection filter's ip allow list.
