the download doesnt take. justs asks save.then go pge , nothing there.

if unable download office 365 on device, application blocking downloading office, or browser using not accepting download. confirm if able sign in office.com , download office using different web browser.

if issue still persists, kindly check if there third-party applications installed on device. sometimes, these third-party applications cause conflicts within system. temporarily disabling them resolve these conflicts.
