How do I delete useless programs like Cortana, Edge, etc.? - Microsoft Community

despite having turned off cortana, continues run using resources.  why?  if don't want should able delete it.  don't want or need it, , don't want tracking me it.  there no reason running after turned off.

i want deleted.  how do it??

if looked through forum have found answer. cannot remove cortana or edge. read through following post:
