myself dr milind

i have bought mac book air , ms office for personal use.

but excel not working @ few situation

1. when receive excel mail

2. when create excel in 1 folder , shift other.

i need immediate bought ms office , can't use it

its show extension wrong, grant access etc.

1) mean can't open excel document attached email double-clicking it?

if so, if save excel document local drive, can open it?

if not, please clarify detailed steps how try open document.

2) mail application using? outlook, or else?

about point 2#, mean can't open document after move 1 folder one?

if so, open document double-clicking it? if yes, please try launching excel application first , opening document see result.

meanwhile, better understand situation, we'd confirm following information:

some screenshots of error messages when can't open excel document e-mail , "when create excel in 1 folder , shift other".
for 2 scenarios mentioned above, happen documents or specific documents?
what file types of documents try open mail create in 1 folder , shift another?
for 2 scenarios, did happen previously? or happen since use excel?
the detailed version information of excel application, can check excel menu>about excel.
