Change Microsoft Name, Not Updating - Microsoft Community

i'm trying change microsoft name across of microsoft programs (word, excel, skype, etc) maiden name.

i've gone microsoft website, found profile, , edited name. however, when log in word, example, still displays unwanted previously-married name. name under microsoft profile on website still correct, indicating change made saved. don't understand else need to name changed. maybe there display name field can't find? ideas?

regarding microsoft account name, confirm if same website https://account.microsoft.com/profile/edit-name used in changing microsoft name. if so, after changing account name, suggest log out account on of microsoft programs. after that, please restart pc. then, log in account.

once done, please check if changes name reflect.
