i hope well.

my keeps displaying message '' there issue phone prevents receiving notifications new messages'' , indeed if still have bundles on phone, there info cant download. please advice.

we need additional information isolate concern aforementioned notification alert have received. please provide following:

  • which windows mobile operating system phone running on? include build version.
  • provide screenshot showing complete error message.
  • what changes did on phone before issue started?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
