using an iferror formula with and ifs formula - Microsoft Community

i have following ifs statement , need add iferror statement it, keep getting wrong.  can please type error formula need use

so far have:

=ifs(b5="lyle","41", b5="nathan","37")

now... need add formula if b5 blank not "#n/a" in cell formula.

thank much!

here formula

=ifs(b5="lyle","41", b5="nathan","37",isblank(b5),"")

btw, if want numbers (41 or 37) rather text, remove quotes

=ifs(b5="lyle",41, b5="nathan",37,isblank(b5),"")
