OneNote freezing - Microsoft Community

every time open onenote 2016, freezes after 5 seconds or so. happened after creator update 1709, can it?

please perform clean boot in windows eliminate software conflicts check if onenote still freezes.

for reference: how perform clean boot in windows.

 

if issue persists, please provide following information:

1.is onenote part of office 365 proplus/business (office 2016) or onenote comes windows?

2.office version. please go office application>file>account> capture full screenshot of product information.

3.detailed windows version. example: os build 16299.19

4.does onenote freeze once open it? did other actions?
