Office365 PST import appears stuck - Microsoft Community

hi,

i have had success importing pst files mailboxes. have new job has been stuck @ 35% 3 hours. previous jobs have completed in less time thinking there may problem.

could offer hints?

the reasons causing stuck of importing pst files various, issue, confirm following information:

  1. did import pst files office 365 based on article: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/use-network-upload-to-import-pst-files-to-office-365-103f940c-0468-4e1a-b527-cc8ad13a5ea6 ? if not, please share steps.
  2. if yes, what’s size of pst files? there specific files exceed 10 gb? if yes, may break them smaller files.
  3. please take related screenshots current status , upload them our further analysis. instance: stuck at, , on? there error message?
