can describe how setup office 365 cpanel.. have done configure connector , success why email still bouncing? want hybrid 1 user..

hi yudhistira,

via first screenshot, understanding have set outbound connector. if so, mail flow should "office 365" (as beginning). however, via second screenshot, beginning not office 365. can clarify (clarify detailed mail flow)? 

meanwhile, setting connector in office 365, can refer to https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms.exch.eac.connectorselection(v=exchg.150).aspx (re-confirm scenario yours). if issue persists, please provide complete ndr (non-delivery report) in private message (pm) checking.
