Export MS Access 365 Reports to xls - Microsoft Community

service pack 1

office 2016

ms office 365 proplus
version 1705

updated version 1701 version 1705 on nov. 30th 2017

i unable export reports xls in ms access.  error 'specified dll function not found'.  i've tried several different reports , same result.  can export txt, pdf, , xml.

i can still export tables , queries xls - not reports.

in order understand situation better, please provide following information:

1. before updated office version 1705, error appear on version 1701?

2. create new report, , test if can export xls. tell result.

3. describe steps did before getting error code in detail.

4. if possible, capture screenshots error , share us.
