i'm on 16232. keep getting error. using ssd. maybe related program plex started acting wonky when windows started acting up. windows had no trouble updating until now. please help! also, can provide link 16273 iso if possible? try , clean install way , see if fixes issue. please help!

1. select start button, , search for command prompt.
   
2. in list of results, right-click command prompt, , select run administrator.
3. type following commands, , press enter after each command:
   • dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
   • dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

i tried that. got stuck on 88.9% restorehealth.

i went troubleshoot selected windows update , ran toubleshooter got stuck on checking registry keys...
