hi,
we using office365 on rds environment using sca (all fine there).
now question if sca-model can used (from licensing perspective) on shared physical computers.
we want migrate team office365, team rotating in shifts several physical pc (workbench-principle). every 3-4 days on different shift using special pc shift setup. never locked on more 1 pc on weeks rotate ~7-8 physical pcs. since every user have 5 computer licence run issues after few weeks.
according "overview of office 365 pro plus sca" used " a computer in organization accessed multiple users."
can confirm statement holds true in described scenario (phyiscal computer)? or have different licence setup?
thank you!
hi creek__,
if have enabled remote desktop service , added users "remote desktop users" group in server, users can log in server in different computers. 1 user @ 1 time, if second user wants log in server, first user have disconnected.
regarding "since every user have 5 computer license run issues after few weeks.", i'd explain using office 365 proplus shared computer activation enabled doesn’t count against 5 computer limit. don't need worry this.
regards,
james
