Office 365 Login & Password Box not showing up - Microsoft Community

downloaded office 365 suite windows 7 computer. after downloading program asking me sign in, when sign in box opens can see backround picture of sign in boxes login , password not show up. 

hi maria,

 

 

please first repair office application , check if there improvement.

 

if issue persists,  please perform clean boot and check if there improvement.

 

if issue still occurs, you  please provide following information better understand situation?

  1. a screenshot "the backround picture of sign in".
  2. detailed steps , related screenshots how encounter issue.
  3. where did download office? https://portal.office.com?  how did install it?
  4.  does issue occur other people in organization?
