i bought new laptop , subscribed 1 month free trial of microsoft office 365 home. when free trial period ended went , bought microsoft office 365 personal, entered product key , finished whole purchasing process. however, when try , open example microsoft word still says unlicensed product , when try signing in account purchased microsoft personal says didn't find office products in account. uninstalled office , installed 3 times no results. please me have assignment complete.

this issue activating office 365 have happened due installed application on computer different. suggest uninstall office application , install office directly account.

let know result if need further assistance.
