used microsoft edge yesterday , worked fine, today cannot edge open up, suggestions working again ?

there have been corruptions happened, thus, issue.allow verify details in order isolate concern.

  • have done updates on pc prior issue?
  • was there error message when tried open edge? if there is, can send screenshot of page? kindly remove identifiable information image before sending file us.

for initial troubleshooting steps, suggest doing clean boot on pc eliminate software conflicts have occurred in windows 10. please click on link for reference.
